Nonprofit harm reduction, free to the public.

My name is Robert Stewart. I’ve worked in harm reduction for eight years, three of them professionally, and I bring it to community events across Washington. I perform reagent testing with a full colorimetric panel, and I use fentanyl test strips to stop overdoses before they happen. Naloxone and harm reduction supplies alongside all of it.

Supplies

I have searched far and wide to collect the most thorough supplies I can, in order to provide extensive, discreet, proper care. Some companies carry reagents that others do not, and supply runs short, so I do not buy from only one.

Testing beyond fentanyl strips

Benzodiazepines

BZD A and BZD B reagents, plus Zimmermann.

Hofmann & Ehrlich

The indole and ergoline range.

Scott’s test

Cocaine, cathinones and anesthetic cuts.

Xylazine

Immunoassay strips.

How I process a sample

What I offer is a force against fentanyl and harmful cutting agents. Past that, stay cautious and take care of your body.

From there, what someone was told it was, and whether anyone has already taken it. That sets the order.

Then a broad reagent panel — a separate portion of the sample for each reagent, read at the intervals it specifies. Class-specific chemistry for whatever the panel leaves open. Strips at the manufacturer’s dilution, not a generic one.

Then the result, in plain language, with naloxone and harm reduction supplies.

What this can and can’t do

It doesn’t measure purity or dose. It can’t rule out every adulterant. It isn’t lab confirmation, and a negative is never an all-clear. Using several reagents and manufacturers narrows the uncertainty. It does not remove it.

Policies

Non-discrimination

Harm Reduction WA serves everyone. Nobody is turned away over race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, age, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, housing status, income, or criminal record.

No one is asked to enter treatment or explain themselves. Nothing we provide has conditions attached.

Privacy

This site collects nothing. No analytics, no cookies, no trackers, no forms, no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from here, not from another company. It runs on GitHub Pages, which keeps ordinary server logs like any host.

If you email, we have your address, the same as any email. We don’t ask for your name. Notes are kept on what was tested, never on who brought it. We don’t share what we see with police, treatment providers, or anyone else.
